Warranty Coverage
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use & service for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. If a technical issue arises with one of our products, customers are encouraged to contact LiFeTek immediately for expert product support and guidance.
Consumer Protections
If you have purchased a product from us, you should be aware that our warranty is provided in addition to other consumer rights held by Australian consumer law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, please contact LiFeTek via our Facebook page or website warranty application. As part of our warranty process, you will need to speak with a member of our support team who will assist you with all technical inquiries and safety precautions when handling damaged batteries.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to arrange return of the items for an alleged fault or warranty claim unless where the item has been damaged in transit / delivery to the customer. If the product is found to fall under the terms of our warranty, LiFeTek will repair or replace the unit, and also refund the cost of the freight.
Please retain your receipt if booking a warranty shipping return so that LiFeTek can process your refund and return the battery to your nominated shipping address.

Disclaimer
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidental misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, unauthorized repair, or natural wear and tear of the product. The warranty also does not cover any damage caused by the use of non-branded LiFeTek products or any other products not manufactured or supplied by LiFeTek.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by a short circuit across the terminals or reverse polarity connection which is evident on the BMS MOSFET components when inspected. Replacement of the BMS device will be at the discretion of LiFeTek and you may be required to cover the cost of replacement components.
If the product of a warranty claim is found to be in good working order and without fault (for example, it is found to be simply flat and not charged), the customer is to cover the return freight to their nominated shipping address.
