The Construction

The cells we use come directly from the manufacturer with blank tops and our bus bars are laser welded onto the cells here in Australia.

This ensures a strong connection with virtually no resistance or voltage loss compared to bolted connections or friction welded studs that can sometimes snap off.

The laser welded connection is so strong that if you try break the bus bars off you will rip the terminal top out of the cell as shown in the picture.
